Brain Lara Criticised ICC decision

Brain Lara offer to pay Wahab riaz fine. He strongly criticize icc that Wahab bowld well and this is the part of game. If icc make such more decisions then this will effect cricket. He said that after a long time he saw a good bowling spell.
